Who we are

What we collect
- Forms you send: name, email, phone and the details you type into case inquiry, expert request, join-our-network, CV and fee schedule assistant, revision and waitlist forms, plus any files you upload.
- Email signup and free download: your first name and email address, used to send the download and occasional emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page views, device type) to improve the site. Clarity loads only after you choose Accept all or turn on Analytics in Settings.
- Necessary storage: your cookie choice and checklist progress are stored in your own browser.
Please do not send patient information
Do not include patient names, medical records or other protected health information in website forms. Records for a case are exchanged separately through a secure method after an agreement is in place.
How we use it
To answer your request, deliver what you asked for, send emails you signed up for, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary: always on. Analytics (Microsoft Clarity): off until you tap Accept. We do not use marketing cookies. Change your choice any time with Cookie choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and analytics stay off.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you gave us, or to unsubscribe, by emailing brandy@thernconsultant.com.
